Craig Blum
Owner/Founder/Chief Enthusiast
With over 30 years of experience in the food industry and part of the opening team for the first US Hard Rock Cafe, Craig has always been the entrepreneurial type. When he got the idea to start a food truck, doughnuts quickly became his calling. He researched, practiced, and had little sleep and lots of doughnuts until his dream became a reality. When asked how many kids he has, Craig will tell you three – Rylee, Nicco, and Johnny Doughnuts. His wife Kim may argue that he is just a big kid, trapped in the body of an (undisclosed age) year old who makes sure to have fun every step of the way.
CorRIN Khan
Director of Operations
Meet Corrin Khan, the vibrant soul of Johnny Doughnuts. From her role as Director of Events, she's ascended to the position of Director of Operations, driven by her relentless pursuit of perfection and her innate ability to connect with others. Previously, Corrin refined her craft at Levi Strauss & Co., gaining insights and skills from industry leaders. Now, Corrin orchestrates the magic behind the scenes, ensuring each doughnut brings delight and every operation runs seamlessly. Setting her sights on the horizon, Corrin's unwavering commitment to excellence will propel Johnny Doughnuts to even greater success. Beyond her professional endeavors, she's deeply involved in the community. As a devoted mom, loving wife, supportive sister, and cherished friend, Corrin brings warmth and compassion to everything she does.

Accounting Manager
It was the Lime Mascarpone Bismark that drew Helene to joining the Johnny Doughnuts team in 2013. She has helped to organize and manage Johnny Doughnuts accounts payable and receivable ever since. Her happy, easygoing demeanor makes paying bills seem fun. Fun fact: Helene is also a professional classical singer who performs all over the world!

We’re looking for a fantastic new member to join our Catering team as an Event Manager. This person will join us onsite at private events (truck / catering) and be responsible for the successful delivery and execution of orders. Doughnut Enthusiast
We’re looking for a Doughnut Enthusiast to join us in our San Francisco, Larkspur, San Rafael and Santa Rosa shops. After training, our Doughnut Enthusiasts possess a high level of product knowledge and offer a level of customer service that is rare and unique. Baristas are carefully trained by our coffee partner, Equator, on how to perfectly create a handcrafted coffee to then pair with our artisan style doughnuts. Apply below to get started!
Doughnut Crafter
We’re looking for Doughnut Bakers to join us in our San Francisco, Larkspur, San Rafael and Santa Rosa shops. Although baking and pastry experience is preferred it is not necessary. We have a skilled team, who are ready to train. Bakers work in the kitchen to create hand crafted doughnuts from scratch. Apply below to get started!
